Once the returned product is received and verified, replacement products will be shipped within 7 working days.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement requests.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package, opening process, and product condition.
  • Requests without valid video proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Unboxing video proof is required to prevent fraudulent claims and ensure secure customer service.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Contact the Rioax support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order details along with the unboxing video.
  • After successful verification, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3 working days after successful verification.
  • Approved refunds are credited within 7 working days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, valid bank account details must be provided.

5. Important Conditions

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • Rioax.com reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests that do not meet the required conditions.
